• ONMART KK-2000 is a fully automatic capping machine designed for sealing metal and plastic twist-off caps, trigger and spray caps, and press-on caps.
• Plastic twist-off caps are randomly poured into the elevator hopper by the operator. The system automatically feeds, aligns, and caps the containers efficiently.
• Trigger and spray caps are manually loaded, and then automatically sealed.
• Press-on caps are both automatically sorted and sealed.
• Torque is adjustable via air pressure by the operator.
• The machine is quickly adjustable for different cap and bottle sizes without needing tool change, except for cap track and cap head, which are replaced per cap size.
• Quick adaptation to various formats is supported.

Cap Sorting Section:

• For each cap type and diameter, a dedicated cap track and cap chute are used.
• Only these two parts need to be replaced when switching to different cap types.

Capping Capacity:

• 3500 – 4000 units/hour (depending on cap type)

• Required pressure: 6 atu
• Air consumption at full speed: 350 liters/minute
• Air compressor must be supplied by the customer.

• Operates on 380V, 50 Hz, three-phase power.
