• ONMART Jar/Bottle Cleaning Machine is designed to clean glass containers by inverting them and blowing filtered air before they enter the filling line. After cleaning, the containers are returned upright and passed through UV light for sterilization.
• Containers are rotated 180° on the conveyor, and air filtered through a 0.1 micron Festo filter is blown inside. This is followed by a carbon filter and a regulator with oil and water separator.
• Air pressure at both input and output of the filter is monitored separately.
• Air blowing time is adjustable via touchscreen.
• The cabin is equipped with internal lighting.
• After cleaning, containers are re-rotated 180° and passed through a UV tunnel. UV safety precautions are applied.
• Clean containers are automatically transferred to the filling machine conveyor.
• Main frame and conveyor are made of 304 stainless steel.
• Capacity: 3000 – 3600 jars/bottles per hour (based on Ø73.5 mm x 111.5 mm containers)
• Includes easily adjustable head units for different container sizes.
