• ONMART Jar/Bottle Cleaning Machine is designed to invert and clean glass containers with air before they enter the filling machine. After cleaning, the containers are returned to their upright position and passed through UV light for sterilization.
• Containers are rotated 180° to blow filtered air inside and remove any particles or contaminants.
• After cleaning, they are rotated 180° again, returned to upright, and sent through a UV sterilization tunnel.
• Clean containers are automatically transferred to the filling machine conveyor.
• The machine’s chassis and conveyor are made of 304-grade stainless steel.
• Its capacity is fully compatible with the connected filling line.
• Includes easily adjustable head attachments for various container sizes.

Energy Requirements

A – Compressed Air:
• Requires 6 atu compressed air.
• Air consumption at full capacity: 400 liters/minute
• Air compressor to be supplied by the customer.

B – Electricity:
• Operates on 380V, 50 Hz, three-phase electrical power.
